AREA TEXT COLOR (area-tc)
This SVN repository is made to distribute and document AREA-TC project and all related works.

What is area-tc ?
AREA-TC is a base project to create a face able
to syntax color a document (rebol script) and
handle text edition in real time.
As Goal we have to make area-tc the main
face object around the one we will create
a 100% REBOL IDE for coding in rebol.

From the console in REBOL/View 2.6.7.3.1 (windows version)
To launch area-tc type:
do http://my-svn.assembla.com/svn/shadwolforge/area-tc-03.r
To launch area-tc-menu type
do http://my-svn.assembla.com/svn/shadwolforge/area-tc-03-menu3.r
Note::
In the menu entry "Time line" in the upper part of this page you can find the source diff for each revision of this project.
On Linux OS:
1) Get from this repository lucon.tff
2) open area-tc-03-menu3.r in any text editor (not openoffice obviously) search for "lucida (or go to line 700) and replace the text betwin "" by "./lucon.ttf" assuming that lucon.ttf file is in the same directory than you area-tc-03-menu3.r file
3) Do a run.sh file in same directory with ./rebview -s ./area-tc-03-menu3.r, save that file
4) Double click on run.sh and that's it.
Side note on linux: Linux rebol view VM doesn't deal with fixed font so obviously all the IHM and rendering part is
broken ... I will ask Santa Carl to correct those port issues in next rebol-view cause that really really sucks.
LICENCE:
The licence is easy ... Do what you want with
this code the only thing I ask is to greet
the initial authors. Ofcourse using this
code as part of a malware is not allowed.
Using this code to diffuse malware
is forbiden too.

VIVA REBOL! FREE IDE
What is Viva REBOL ?
Viva REBOL! is the first application based on the area-tc project.
Viva-rebol works ONLY with WINDOWS 95 to WINDOWS XP (rebol/view and draw/Add have a problem on MacOS X linux and Vista and windows 7 to deal with font-fixed)
In the near futur we will do our best to make that project none windows XP dependent.
Viva REBOL! is the first IDE for rebol done in REBOL.
Basicaly Viva REBOL! is a derivation of area-tc-03-menu3.r. But with more IDE oriented functionnalities.
